That's a lot of non-basics in a deck running more than zero blood moon.
Should run more forests for sure. Getting Ghost Quartered to lose your only green source in response to a blood moon makes you feel very foolish. Talking from experience. Also, maybe run one or two filter lands to make Crpytic easier to cast sometimes?
Singleton Scour seems odd. Would probably run a 3-2 split between it and Visions if you want to go that way. Also not sure how good Spell Snare is currently, but I'm not tallying CMC of the best modern cards over here.

I think if you just want to play Cryptic and Blood Moon, you run a Blue Moon type build. That way you can play Vedalken Shackles and feel like a real villain.

If I were a villain, I'd play Lantern and play it poorly.
