This deck IS a great use of Tibalt. I really like the interraction you have going. I really like how scary the demon man is here.

What about trying to put Vengeful Pharaoh in the deck? I know that while it's a relatively dead card in hand, it does interract with Tibalt as well.

Is there another discard outlet? Could Zombie infestation work here?

Also, what do you think about:

Anathemancer (unearth cost is too high) or Corpse Connoisseur?

Islands was a great inspiration. His tibalt deck from standard past was always one of my favorites. Pharoh might be really great here, corpse...not so much. As for another outlet I'm not sure.

Is brain gorgers really the best choice for that slot? What about that 2/1 with unearth?

I just.... don't like it. But I like the deck.

I should see if I have another Foil Tibalt to send John. It's been a while.

Brain gorgers is pretty sexy though, especially when they have no creatures, which should happen a lot. I'll hopefully get some real testing on cockatrice tonight. If I don't pass out.

I wish we could make this run with Burning Vengeance... maybe as a sideboard card to diversify wincons against decks that are strong on killing creatures/pws.

Lol maybe. I wish something triggered fro exiling cards so we could abuse the little known rules for madness.

OMG the interaction with browbeat in this deck is crazy, I might have to find a spot for it. With just one phoenix your opponent really has to think about what they are doing, with two in the grave it's amazing.

Browbeat is in modern? Huh, I guess it was timeshifted wasn't it.

This deck has a home for browbeat for sure.

I am not crazy about the gorgers here either, just because your only outlet for discarding is tibalt and so you will never get him out turn 2 when they are at their sexiest, and tibalt is probably not the best turn 2 play since he is an engine for gas in this deck and that turn you would rather be playing threats. Or something. I would personally play a 2-mana creature in that slot, possibly Blood Scrivener since he has nice synergy with tibalt's +1, although I guess Dark Confidant is legal too and more consistent. Although Dark Withering :v

Tymaret, the Murder King has some synergy with hellspark and chandra's pheonix, if you feel a bit silly. MURDER KING

Grim Lavamancer might be good too.

22 x Land

I think I would run something like this. Almost every card in the deck benefits from being discarded by tibalt, so he often is just +1: draw a card.
