Phyrexia's Radiance
Instant (U)
Cast Phyrexia's Radiance only during target player's upkeep.
Target player pays . If they can't, their life total becomes 0.

Looks cool. Even if they have a 5 color deck they probably can't cast anything else that turn.

Should probably cost 1 more mana. It feels a little unfair on the play when you're probably up a land. I realize it's not that symmetrical anyway, but it still comes across as uneven.

I like this idea. Call it Race To Completion.

I just knew there was some funny way to spell it.

Interesting concept, but needs a better title. "Phyrexia" and "Radiance" are two words that should never be used together.

Well, that would certainly be unfair - I mean, if monored has two of those in hand plus two shocks, it wins on turn 2.

Actually, if you have two of those and any basic land and go first, you just win.

It could be and work. You'd need to tap two lands (or one twice) without taking damage to deal probably 18 damage. You wouldn't have aman left for burn spells and would be sitting at 2 life. Or you'd just use Simian SPirit Guide and win.
Yeah, probably best not to go the route.

I still like "Race Top Compleation" as the name
