At least we got 4 black-bordered Plainswalkers before the ability was put on ice. It's a pity about that last bit, because I could see a stalking leonin getting Plainswalk.

I was actually a little surprised about the relative power of these, because a lot of the tools in a few of them are way better than their counterparts.

Which ones jump out at you as being more powerful?

This is pretty cool if true. I remember a couple of theme decks from the Invasion block that were fairly playable right out of the box. One was GW, another RGW.

These look solid enough for modern starter decks.

The original Mirrodin block had a pretty busted (as far as precons go anyway) affinity precon, and I remember there being a story about the Judgment GW Phantom precon placing high at some tournament back in the day.
