It's always cool to see a futureshifted card show up so here are thre for your consideration:
Daybreak Coronet
Emblem of the Warmind
Storm Entity
We don't have to worry about staying true to their original flavour text do we? I don't think that's been WOTC's procedure but I wanted to check.

Ensoul Artifact would be a great reprint imo.

Well, it's strictly worse than Paralyzing Grasp, which has been traditionally mediocre in limited. You can't bounce, sacrifice, untap, disenchant, or use abilities of an excoriated guy.

Somberwald's an actual place in Innistrad, so we'd have to come up with our own take on that mechanic.
Ziggururt fits nicely.
Scavenging Ooze doesn't seem to have any particular reason to be in the set except to counter Tarmogoyf.

Should we reprint Laboratory Maniac at uncommon for draft?

How are we planning to enable the "mill yourself to death" draft archetype, exactly?

While designing Peacebloom, I realized that Abundant Growth would be an absolutely perfect fit for the -spine Mastery deck.

It could make mastery to easy to turn on and hard to turn off at common, maybe it or something similar at uncommon?

Hi! Disclaimer, I know nothing about design or development, so my suggestions are mostly what might fit on flavor grounds. That might makes my suggestions totally useless to you all, but in case it isn't, have fun. :)

Gatekeeper could work, but I don't see any real reason to include it. Yeah, it mentions lots of card types, but does it really play into the set themes?
Mender works fine. Kind of weak, but sets need weak cards too.
Sunblast angel is a card I love and a great fit to boot! Heck yeah!
Breath fits flavourfully. It just depends on whether we need a blue tempo card like that.
I think Perilous Research is already in the set. I remember it was nominated at least.
Parch's colour hate is a little too on-the-nose for me.
Scavenger Folk's neat. Fits great and having such an old reprint is kind of neat.
Orb doesn't look fun.
Ruin is another awesome fit, but I think we're maxed out on lands.

Time for the second (and probably last) round of reprint votes!

Wall of Frost
World Queller
Shrapnel Blast
Altar's Reap
Daybreak Coronet
Emblem of the Warmind
Lucent Liminid
Storm Entity
Ensoul Artifact
Phylactery Lich
Somberwald Sage (functional)
Abundant Growth
Sunblast Angel
Frost Breath
Scavenger Folk
Auramancer
Nether Traitor

I stuck Nether Traitor onto the list because the set doesn't have enough evasion, and I think that shadow could help with that. But I won't be surprised if it turns out that I'm the only one who loves shadow.

No to all of those. Most of them are redundant, some introduce new mechanics, and I don't like the rest.

Preferred Pronoun Set:
[list]

Wall of Frost – Abstain
World Queller – Yay
Shrapnel Blast – Abstain
Altar's Reap – Abstain
Daybreak Coronet – Nay
Emblem of the Warmind – Nay
Lucent Liminid – Yay
Storm Entity – Abstain
Ensoul Artifact – Yay
Phylactery Lich – Yay
Somberwald Sage (functional) – Yay
Abundant Growth – Yay
Sunblast Angel – Nay
Frost Breath – Nay
Scavenger Folk – Nay
Auramancer – Yay
Nether Traitor / shadow in general – Yay

Current Tally:

Wall of Frost – 0/1
World Queller – 1/1
Shrapnel Blast – 0/1
Altar's Reap – 0/1
Daybreak Coronet – 0/2
Emblem of the Warmind – 0/2
Lucent Liminid – 1/1
Storm Entity – 0/1
Ensoul Artifact – 1/1
Phylactery Lich – 1/1
Somberwald Sage (functional) – 1/1
Abundant Growth – 2/0
Sunblast Angel – 0/2
Frost Breath – 0/2
Scavenger Folk – 0/2
Auramancer – 1/1
Nether Traitor – 1/1
Tempered Steel – 0/1
Young Pyromancer – 1/0
Archaeomancer – 1/0

Nay wins ties, so as it stands none of this are going to make it into the set. Which I'd actually be fine with if it weren't for Abundant Growth and Scavenger Folk. I think we'd be doing a great disservice to the -spine Mastery deck by not reprinting Abundant Growth (especially considering we already have Ethereal Armor), and Scavenger Folk fits the flavor of Illpyre almost as perfectly as Dehydration.
