I must say...this contest, having to brew carefuly, having the oportunity to search for faults in all the brews, being criticized...I think this drill is making wonders for my building skills...I like this a lot

Now we just have to work on your writing and posting skills!

Now that i'm knocked off the Hill by Gem, I'm really going to roll up my sleeves tonight and playtest these things further. Improvise control is next. It's perfect for 3 quests I'm working on.

I'm pleased to announce the elimination of Improvise Control which could not only not beat the AI but couldn't win a single game on the ladder. Awful.

On the bright side it might tie for last place cuz I have four decks left to try.

I second that, even though I'm not doing any write-ups, as I can't find the time to run all the lists in pvp. I've run most lists against the AI, though, and might do a Johnny's/Timmy's impressions, if I can find the time.

Ok round one of playtesting is finally over. The Daily Grind was also eliminated, unable to win a single match. Tying with Improvise Control as the worst performers. 8 remain. Onto round two!!

Ya know... in hindsight, someone should have run Eliminate the Competition in one of these decks, and we should all have just voted for them because they win for style.

Some of the comeback wins these decks are pulling off are staggering. I got mechanized production on a Colossus once. I don't have any Timmy in me but if I did , he would have empregnanted me right there

I wanted to rename the deck Trask Industries

Arti-Stuff didn't survive the third round of playtesting.

I find myself wanting to play Aggro-facts over and over. Pulling wins out of nowhere

The votes always puzzle me...I dunno if we are all playing the same game...the deck that I consider the worst, by far, has a couple of votes, and the best 2, imo, have 1 and zero... :ookay:

Well, I fixed that a bit

That happened last time too. I had the worst results with DynaFog.

The Grid and Colossus Smash didn't survive 2nd round of playtesting

Ok, five decks remain:
Aggro-facts 6-0
Arti-fiction 2-0
The Whirl of Whirlers Whirling 2-0
Daring Designs 2-0
Industrial revolution 2-0

I'm basically going to see if those 4 2-0 decks can catch up to Aggro-Fact
