Sounds like you're the expert. Could you describe the features of each?

I started using the tool a few days ago and while I like what it does, I miss precise winrates vs color-combos.

Unfortunately not. Start using only one week ago.
Use mostly MTGA Pro Tracker, which can do:
gold, vault, collection progress
card opened by day(hello MTGA daily ICR glitch)
boosters content opened by date
win rate by date
W/L against color combinations for deck
Only things i missing:Record of events finishes

Why doesn’t the game itself do this stuff?!

Has there been any kind of draft tool yet?

I use Arena tool but sometimes it crashes and other times it doesn’t load, the pro tracker has awful layout, I often have problems finding what I’m looking for...
Tool provides win rates and in-Game deck list which comes in handy from time to time.
Barney what do mean by Draft tool?
Arena tool saves your drafts so you can check your picks...

The game itself needs to implement and fix essential stuff first ;)

friends list
5th card
matchmaking

It's not uncommon that games have a lot of (legal!) third party content to help the players. WoW couldn't exist without user-made addons and from time to time Blizzard implements some of their features into the core game. It's amazing what fans are able and willing to do for the game they love.

Cucho, I mean something JUST like that badboy right there. i LOVE that thing. I'd love to see something like that for Magic. Seems there are enough fans to warrant putting something like that together. Must be hard though cuz the game is so much more dynamic.

That looks really cool, it would be interesting to know if the tier list changes according to your picks if it does then it's super useful for tough pics.
I guess its only time for something like this to arrives in Arena...

i really hope so. For the brief period of time I played Hearthstone, this tool is what made Arena fun for me. I started learning WAY faster how to build a proper limited deck

Yep, Heartharena was a really good tool back when I used it. It has aged a bit since and the draft advice is not as high-level anymore (due to the originators of the project leaving it), but it still offers a VERY nice range of tools around it.

I used it before the tool had the overwolf; you had to track games manually back then and it still was hella convenient.

The main reasons why I don't think a tool of similar quality will be provided anytime soon for Arena:
1) Smaller playerbase. The bigger a playerbase gets, the sooner someone has the time to start that project.
2) Higher complexity. Heartharena has 3 options all of the time, all of the cards always make your deck, there are no colour problems and no signals to read. There's some solid-ish algorithms for drafting M:TG (draftsim), but these are not as refined.
3) Rotating formats. Heartharena came up during a time when Arena was just using all of the cards, a new format made a not-so-big impact and you had a year or so to collect data on essentially the same format that enough people played. Magic is WAY more diverse in formats (meaning less players for the exact format) and it's basically done for after 3 months anyway.
